Diabetes is everywhere – in our homes, schools, communities and businesses. Research is the only way to STOP DIABETES for good. Alberta Diabetes Foundation is inviting you to be a part of a fun, seasonal initiative to raise awareness and funds for research by hosting the sales of
Paper Pumpkins. For a donation of your choice (we suggest $2), individuals receive a Paper Pumpkin that they can sign or colour. Pumpkins can be
displayed together in windows, on walls or wherever you want to celebrate your commitment to funding a CURE for diabetes! Your pumpkins will create a huge pumpkin patch of good will!

Ask your teachers to help you support finding a CURE for diabetes! Sell Paper Pumpkins to your neighbours, teachers, coaches, family and friends. Decorate classrooms, hallways, gymnasiums, libraries, and every room in your school!
Retailers!
Set up an at-the-till purchase option to make it easy for your clients donate. Display pumpkins around your store to show your support for diabetes research. We will provide this till card to display – it can also be customized with logos or personal stories.
Who else can get involved?
Farmers’ Markets, Hair Salons, Community Centres, Coffee Shops, Offices, Car Dealerships… Anyone can MAKE A DIFFERENCE by supporting the best-of-the-best diabetes research - happening right here in Alberta!
It is because of the support of caring communities and their families that we can fund research right here in Alberta for new therapies and treatments that improve the lives of individuals living with diabetes. This support will help us to reach our goal of finding a CURE.
