Volunteers play a vital role at the Alberta Diabetes Foundation (ADF). When you give your time, we can put more foundation dollars towards important research as opposed to paying for extra support.

Volunteers are needed behind the scenes and on the front line. There's something for everyone and every role is important!

Some of the key areas that benefit from volunteer time include:

• Community and signature event support (before, during and after)
• Distribution of materials
• Picking up donations
• Editing/helping with marketing
• Reaching out to donors by phone, email or even in person
• Many more - our needs are always changing
